Issues: Unemployed and Low-Income Entitlements and the Safety Net Health Insurance

We have an aging population in South Dakota. As a state, about 14% of our population is over 65. In my home county, Hutchinson, 25% of the population over 65. We must work to preserve Medicaid and be ever mindful of the needs of our senior citizens.
